Our practice will open standing, hands in anjali mudra, eyes closed with continuous Aum to center ourselves. From there, using gentle breath and body fusing exercises you will discover the intimate relationship of breath and spine as the link to deeper meditation. These 'fusion' exercises, a short sequence of poses(including Garudasana), will take you gently to the floor. Some of these poses, eyes closed in deep concentration, will bring your best attention to the subtle innerscape of your body. Breath connected with focused attention on the innerscape of body you will begin your breath in body gratitude meditation. Seated meditation starts in stillness with bhramari, Bee Breath, to even further enhance your life force. Your body awake, mind focused, now conscious of only breath, you sit peacefully at ease with a long energized spine for the duration of your Gratitude Meditation. We close, grateful for all, with a unifying Aum.
