Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jennifer has been studying and teaching yoga in California since 1999. She is certified with Yoga Alliance and YogaWorks at the 500 hour level and has a yoga therapy certification from Loyola Marymount University. In addition to teaching Vinyasa and Yin style classes, Jennifer practices yoga therapy with private clients, including many professional athletes. This also led to the creation of “Yoga for Cyclists and Everyone Else,” a DVD to help cyclists and other athletes build core strength and flexibility. In addition, she teaches anatomy for yoga, has co-developed two yoga school curriculums, and is a mentor for the YogaWorks 300 hour professional program and Wanderlust Hollywood teacher.
